Cold-smoked using salt, herbs, and spices, Atlantic salmon filets are then thinly sliced and packaged.  Salmon is topped with a hand-applied spice mixture creating a unique, delicious pastrami flavor.  A great hors d'oeuvre or side for holidays or anytime!
